How Superbridge Works

Connect your wallet — Superbridge supports all major Ethereum wallets including MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Rainbow, and WalletConnect-compatible wallets.

Select your networks — Choose your origin chain (e.g. Ethereum Mainnet) and your destination chain (e.g. OP Mainnet, Base, or another Superchain network).

Choose your token and amount — Select ETH or any supported ERC20 token and enter the amount you wish to bridge across chains.

Confirm the transaction — Review the bridge details, estimated fees, and confirmation time, then approve the transaction in your wallet.

Receive tokens on destination — Your tokens arrive on the destination chain. Deposits are typically fast; withdrawals follow the standard 7-day challenge period for canonical bridges.

Technology

Superbridge is built on the OP Stack — a standardized, open-source development stack for building Ethereum Layer 2 networks. The OP Stack powers a growing family of networks known as the Superchain.

The Superchain vision unifies multiple OP Stack chains under shared security, communication protocols, and upgrade paths. Superbridge is the premier UI for interacting with this architecture, providing users with a consistent and reliable bridging experience across all Superchain networks.

Our interface connects directly to the official L1 and L2 bridge contracts without intermediaries, meaning every transaction you execute is fully on-chain and verifiable by anyone.

Team & Background

Superbridge was created by a team of experienced Ethereum developers and designers who are deeply embedded in the OP Stack ecosystem. The team has been building Ethereum infrastructure since the early days of Layer 2 scaling solutions.

We work closely with the Optimism Collective and other Superchain ecosystem teams to ensure Superbridge remains the most reliable, up-to-date, and user-friendly bridging interface available.
